im an adventure junkie, between skiing and alpine climbing and long distance kayak touring. just started a tumbler of all the shit i do: http://www.fasterfarther.com
For fitness & general conditioning, I run 6 to 10 miles a day (unless I go for a long paddle or ski tour), and lift almost everyday, even though I hate the gym almost as much as I love beer.
