- Peaches Hothouse in Brooklyn a cool vibe, pretty decent food and great drinks ask for the Nina or the Brown Sugar for your lady
- Spur Tree Lounge in LES/Chinatownish area for Japanese/Jamaican fusion plus live DJ sometimes
- Ear inn in Soho (west) for the best shepard's pie on the planet outside of wherever that shit is derived
- Mary Ann's Chelsea Mexican (15th & 8th) for some yummy Mexican food
- Goodburger 45th between 5th & 6th for good burgers and chili cheese fries that you might assault someone for.
