  Ive been looking into this a bit over the last year or so and always come back to my big ugly whiteboard (for project/task managements anyway).

  A few off-line ones ive looked at include:
  Studiometry
  Daylite
  Relationship
  Omniplan

  All of these fall short in one way or another. A common problem seems to be that they are all so long winded, meaning task management becomes a task itself. So, I use Omniplan for managing bigger projects, a whiteboard on the studio wall for pretty much everything else and Freeagent for invoicing.

  For the time being, works for me.
