sleeping problems

    i am feeling your pain...
    going through the same thing only just until about 4:30 am - then i need to sleep until at least 9:30 or so, and am barely functioning on 5 hrs

    my mind is just too busy with ideas and thoughts to sleep

    when i do try, for the first hour i find myself kicking like a dog does when it's running in its sleep - nervous energy i suppose

    melatonin can be used and it works, but don't overdue it, it can be addictive since it is something your body naturally generates and regulates

    bananas before bed have helped too... ( old trick )
