I have to use harvest on one of the agencies I freelance at, to me, it feels like and excel spreadsheet.
there's another agency that i work at, they use something called PM tools, its online too, looks better than harvest, you are a designer chances are you are not going to like harvest.
The good thing about the online/ cloud system is that you can access it from your laptop or desktop you know?
Someone posted one that was online only, and looked really nice, but I never gave it a chance because there was a monthly fee.
I can't remember the name, but it was targeting creative professionals...
