  i do not dislike Nike as a brand, the way they involve highly creative people in their marketing strategies is beyond comparison! hats off!

  but..

  it seems like i had always thought designers are supposed to be autonomical containers of thought and reason, and are well aware that in many cases, or better most if not all, marketing does say very little about the real quality of the product, the ethics of a company, their craftmanship etc.etc.
  we should always look with a critical eye to any marketing-strategy, design, quality, ethics and communicative value.
