Here's the fun thing about these images I've been working on (and I'm going to do a blog post soon about it on my site) - one of my New Year's resolutions was to make more artwork, get my skills back up in Photoshop and Illustrator. And, it was exactly these kinds of images that I wanted to mess around with. Well, what a great thing to find a way to do all of that on my iphone, with a little patience. I love geometric patterns and natural textures... looking back over summer travel photos and all the architecture around my in Chicago it's fun to have a huge bank of images to work with. I'm certainly not doing anything new, but it's fun that it's new for me and that I can work on that stuff to and from work, on the shitter at work, when I can't sleep, etc.
