you "think they have top notch service, i thought that too before i signed on with them. believe me, there is no value in their extra pricing, only a brandname. They had good service, but I have experienced far better service at smaller hosting companies.
And Chris, the slow connection when I was with MT was not an abberation, it was that way for the six months that my client had his site hosted there. As soon as I switched hosts it was like night and day. I'm not saying all of MT's hosted sites are slow, NT obviously isn't. But I suspect those on the cheaper plans ($30/mth) get somehow shafted on servers.
Btw, I do find it interesting that the ones who are most vehement to rush to MT's defense are those affiliated with sites that don't pay for their hosting.
Is it really so surprising that they treat different customers differently?
