    Fusion festival in Germany had the same issue a couple years back.. they sold out their tickets way too quickly and everyone complained as their servers couldnt handle the traffic .. 54000 tickets in under 48 hours..

    then they changed it to you could only buy 2 tickets per home address..

    now this year, they have also gone for the lottery option..
    but they have it that you can create "crews" so say you and 10 other friends are wanting to go, you can all register and join a communal crew. if more than 50% of you win in the lottery, they all of you win..

    its an all or nothing approach..

    i guess thats the problem when you have almost double the demand for tickets than you have capacity for.

    • not sure if its the same with BM.. but they are printing names on the tickets here to stop scalpingautoflavour
    • if you dont want you tickets anymore, they will issue a full refund and they go back into a ticket bingoautoflavour
