I would assume it's the similar as the stats for sending out newsletters etc. Tues-Thurs before lunch is the best. Wednesday's often see the most openings/readings.
Would seem logical as Monday people are digging back in for the week. Friday people often goofing off, socializing and planing their weekend, or they are buckling down to finish up so they CAN enjoy the weekend.
