    my office is full of designers who are female and one senior developer and manager who are male. god kill me.

    you should see our "brag wall". 5 stock images with some shades of colour, because they wanted to be abstract, then theres the senior developers screen grab of a website, and 4 frames of an animation i made. it's bad.

    don't get me wrong, I'm not being sexist. jailine and shari are fantastic designers among others here, so thats not my point.
