    I guess the only thing you can say in Joe's favor right now is at least before his death he admitted he should have done more.

    We know for a fact he knew about it, that he went to the higher ups, and obviously he knew nothing was ultimately done about it. Everyone with half a brain knows that if you know something like this was going on, it should be handled by the police, and he went years knowing that it wasnt.

    It sure seems likely that he just kept his mouth shut knowing what it would do to the university he loved so much, but the truth is kids are way more important than the status of any school or sports program.
