If you know children are being raped in the shower by one of your coaches and you go and tell your higher-ups—yet nothing happens... ...you don't stop there... next step is you do what you should have done in the first place—you go straight to the authorities and spill the whole ordeal open to the public and protect those babies (kids)...
... instead the man did what he felt was best for his career and washed his hands of it when he put it on his higher-ups...
