Haha, a few years ago I built a Jakob Nielsen website usability checker in flash and it used the two thumbs up/thumbs down images above.
A user would enter the website address they want checked then it would pretend to analyse the site (showing a process bar). Once it had finished 'checking' the site it would then give his conclusion by either showing a thumbs up or thumbs down (randomly chosen) and a random non-descript feedback message.
