    went from about 198 to 186 doing these basic things.

    - 1 hour of cardio, 4 days a week
    - light weight lifting in many quick reps, 3 day a week
    - play tennis once a week (off days from cardio, but in reality, it's a better workout than the gym)
    - occasionally hit steam / sauna room
    - cut out the vodka / gin / rum / heavy beers
    - cut out a large majority of junk food

    mind you, it's been only 1.5 months

    • is 198 heavy for you? I'd love to be 198.dopepope
    • it's not heavy for me, but all of my better pairs of pants were starting to get a little tight. just feel a lot leaner. still prettypanacea

    • tbh, I don't want to get any lighter, it's hard to balance my weight. I can lose and gain, at the same ratepanacea
