Something I learned from Tosh.0. 'PISS UPS'. After you go to the bathroom (and wash your hands I hope) get down and do as many push ups as you can. Do this every time you piss. I did this and found my self doing well over 100 push ups, or PISS UPS, daily. I drink a lot of water tho.
