    hi there,

    i don't know how to say this, but, I just registered that URL yesterday with MT around 2pm.
    The only thing i can figure is that MT must have messed something up.
    I logged into my account center to see if anything is amiss, but nothin.
    I also checked that URL that mt gives you when you first register to get to your domain until it resolves,to see if your client's site was there. - also tried logging in via an ftp client.

    i'm going to delay uploading anything to this URL until you get your situation resolved - as i would hate to overwrite anything of yours if MT accidentally put(s) it somewhere on my site.

    I also have put an email into MT's support.
    I would have emailed this to you, however you stated that the site's email is not working.
