If you're in an environment where you can't bare another few weeks, then yeah, maybe just leave.
If it's not that bad then don't burn the bridge. Tender resignation tomorrow and say you'll continue working until they find a replacement, or for a month, whichever comes first. Something like that.
If you fuck them over and it ends on bad terms, then you may well shoot yourself in the foot for a bit longer. It's unprofessional to leave like that and make you less attractive to other employers.
