Call the airline and TSA and describe the person to them (they'll be able to find her/him on recordings) and tell them you suspect they were carrying drugs or something worse... Let them do their work and watch the news... chances are they'll help you find her/him.
BONUS: You already have a story to tell on your first date. Or prison visit...
