one, check the TOS or service contract, its pretty standard to shut off an account the day of canceling, unless stated clearly by the client.
as for your client threating legal actions, good luck, who is doing the DNS. cause if you canceled the account then (MT) has all the rights to do whatever they with with that IP or virtual directory.
I hate to see it happen, but it does everyday. I personally don't deal with (MT) because of the following.
1) I find them over priced
2) I have the resources now not to need themBut I wouldn't say they where wrong for doing this, probably just a miscommuncation on both ends.
