    my sister's husband and his brothers own a house in santa teresa.. they live there more than in nyc..

    here are some pics..

    some howler monkeys in the backyard..

    and a typical evening sunset..

    enjoy your time there.. watch out for scorpions.. always wear shoes or flip flops..
