    Seriously, why are people even bringing up weight, food and ethnicity as factors? That is why the BAC measurement is used. In fact BAC essentially DOES account for that. If your body manages alcohol better, your BAC accumulates more slowly.

    There are a couple here who seem like they are trying to more convince themselves that a few drinks and driving is fine rather than anyone else.

    • As for 'just being over the limit', they blew 0.13, not a 0.09. That's 62% over the limit.ETM

    • i bet i could drive better at around a .2 level than a 17 yr old. ability, tolerance, exp, and so many other factors matter mroe than BAC
