when my wife and i got married, we hardly had anything - we couldn't afford but the most basic rings (and even got those on sale). everything we had we sold before the wedding and traded for 2 one-way tickets to the states. what an adventure. here's all i could afford for myself. i worked hard to be able to get a diamond for my wife, but don't have a pic of it here:
