- Be more efficient with my time (damn you QBN!)
- Find a better balance between full-time and freelance work, while still trying increase my salary
- Refinance the house without adding to the principle
- Continue clearing useless shit out of the house (started this about two weeks ago)
- Loose the roommate
- Replace old sofa
