TV Frame Rate?

    I would say that the input is the only important factor, control it and the tv will display it. But say if you were attempting to take a 60fps game or movie and display only a 30fps rendering of it on your tv, I would assume the tv will not provide this control, but more the settings on the dvd / blu-ray / video game either disc or hardware player itself. Personally, I'd look at those options before the tv.
