Actually no one has taste besides people who educate themselves about taste. Jobs was always into art, and it's not only microsoft, business people or engineers doesn't have taste in general.
Taste is not enough by itself , Jobs has created the most beautiful computers called Next but it was a commercial disaster. So there's no need to be a snob about this.- the very first web-server was written and run on a next...quite successful product actuallyuan
