OK, I'll check out AIGA and see what they have - so is that what everyone uses?
SI - that's fine, and that's actually kinda what I've been doing since I've been coasting around the $5K project area - but I'm going to be taking one larger projects and I feel I need a more professional contract (read: More lawyer speak).
RE: Site credit, I think most clients understand and in fact want us to tag our work. I dont think it a bad idea to mention in our agreements that we reserve the right to a site credit.
So...
