When a PM submits a request, don't lie about the reason why. Specially when its obvious. ie. "I know you are assigned to this other high priority thing, but can you do this for me really quick? I ran out of time." Let's see, you had me update all the sites in QA for this request, then update all the sites in production, then remove the update in QA... Now you want me to removed the update from all of the production sites... Funny, are you sure you ran out of time?
