    hmm.... Ann Arbor.... not sure the market expectations there....

    NOTE: The beancounter boss's question is what you pay the person, but the REAL issue is how good they are! How productive? How much handholding?

    How the get your culture? Do they piss off clients? Who cares about wages if they are slow, require handholding and piss off clients!
