Started getting into this a couple of months back - was pathetic at first, tired after a 30min walk and could barely jog for a few minutes - eventually after persisting every day, even after a 9pm finish at work, I'm now able to run steady for 45 - 60 mins at least with hill sprints in between and push ups. At the point now where if I skip it for a day I just lack energy. It's surprising how fast your fitness increases if you do it regularly everyday.- totally. the day after exercise i feel so healthy and full of energy, its crazy how quickly your body responds.Hombre_Lobo
