  I used to live in a flat with thin timber ceilings and my upstairs neighbour had this screamer gf... she was ridiculously theatrical.

  Then, after a particularly loud night it went silent for some time. When I bumped into him he told me she was a doctor and she went to Africa on a mission.
  "Do you think you'll be back together when she returns?" I asked.
  "Oh man, I doubt that" he answered. "She went with Doctors Without Borders".
