America's biggest 4 enemies of the 20th century make up the top 4, while the US languishes right down the bottom.
Australia, with a supposedly strong economy also manages to spend $30 billion more than it makes.
There has been some downright silly decisions in government over the last 20 years, and things are probably going to get worse before (if) they get better.
