It looks like it was custom-ish... a mod of an existing face I think. The R is too badly done to be a legit typographers work IMO. Someone kinda knew what they were doing but skipped the subtleties. The upper case E has the top and bottom parts the same length... they should be different lengths usually to look optically correct.
- and you could redraw it quicker than finding it. Start with DIN...Centigrade
