  The solution is fucking ridiculously simple.

  Step 1:
  Copy all IP blocks from this text file - http://www.okean.com/chinacidr.t…

  Step 2:
  Open .htaccess in qbn.com's root directory.

  Step 3:
  Precede each line from the file in Step 1 with 'deny from' in .htaccess

  Step 4:
  Save and upload to qbn.com root directory. Hey presto, job done.
