I think Marquez clearly won that fight. At no point did Pacman seem like a threat and there were multiple times where Marquez looked like he could take it.
But the rule is generally to dominate the champ unquestionably. in this case that would mean at least a knockdown for Marquez.
Theres no way they were gonna let a pacman vs. mayweather fight get messed up over a 38 year old Marquez that already lost to mayweather.
