well... for $35k, a few thousand people could contribute $10/month each, then we'd have "Occupy YuppieCondoLand!"
....and all of us friendly and amusing unwashed masses could go there and take a shower now and then.,..... have fun and insane parties, etc.... it's communal living at its finest, designed to drive the 1% neighbors of that apt insane too!
then we could go back an continue to Occupy Wall Street refreshed, having taken a shower and lounged around in the world of the 1% for an hour or so....
