  alright, here are a few of mine.

  do more snorkeling
  finish non-profit business
  something in the culinary world, maybe learn to make tapas
  auto racing (maybe gt?). just for fun though
  rebuild a motorcycle
  create my own wine or whisky label
  learn to play craps.. don't know why this game eludes me
  take a private martial arts class
  design (with the help of an architect) my own home - long term
