i'm not a big clubber, so I can't help. the only one I know of is Gas Panic in Roppongi. It's pretty commercial, but is always packed.
My favourite bar is Propoganda, also in Roppongi (hey, stay with what you know). They play a good mixture of music, but most of it's heavy-ish rock.
