Hmm. Something doesn't compute with that natural selection. No matter how much surgery you do you don't transfer these superficial changes to your offspring. You stay ugly (not me). You'd have to surgically enhance everyone, all the time. Which I am all for, you bunch of ugly people. Consider the economy too. Slobs.
