jeez,
NYE is like my favorite holiday of the year. in germany, everybody's out on the streets at midnight, trying to blow up each others' houses and spilling champagne on each other. easiest way to meet chicks in the world.we actually had that bag-o-fireworks thing blowing up happen to us when i was a kid. the bag was sitting on a heavy-duty plastic garbage can and i was right next to it. my cousin throws this wee firecracker to scare me, it lands right in the bag, everything goes up and i'm on the floor screaming for my life. my parka got a few holes burned into it, but nothing serious happened. except the garbage can was a melted stinkpile.
