    Is there a 'Transform Each' option in photoshop? (its in illustrator)

    I want to resize several layers at once, but keep them where they are (each layers individual anchor point being the anchor point of the transformation). As if i were only transforming one layer.

    Doesnt seem to be an option in photoshop...
