Our supply of some items is limited, and these products sell out quickly. I realize this is disappointing news.
When we receive more items from the distributor we'll ship your order.

I've checked the tracking and shows that there is a possible delay by the carrier but we can still deliver your order within October 27. In order to compensate the delay I'll issue a $5.00 promotional credit to your account.

Jerry:I'm sorry for the incorrect information given to you before, As far as your order is concerned in is already being shipped and there is a delay by the carrier, but we can able to deliver it within October 27.

Me:So I pre-ordered on June 6 2011, to have the arrival of this on release date. I am also a prime member and my shipment is delayed until 10/27 Is that correct?
The $5.00 is a nice gesture, but it is not about the money Jerry.
I ordered this on Amazon to avoid this issue.
Jerry:Yes, your order is estimated to deliver on October 25 but there is delay with the carrier, please wait until October 27.
I understand that waiting for additional days can be frustrating but based on our historical knowledge of delivery times; majority of the packages will reach soon after the estimated delivery date.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience and hope you understand that occasionally a shipment may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control.
