mailchimp is quite nice. it incorporates a lot of social media as well which is nice. Easy custom template setup and the analytics are great too. You can tie in a lot of things like google analytics, e-store results if you are sending out product that can be linked back to the store (you can track how effective the e-blast was/is). Never used anything else, and mailchimp has a free service that you can get your feet wet with as well.
