Ate too much last night, which started the heartburn. Then I ordered a venti bold coffee at Starbucks this AM, rather than a tall, which only exacerbated the problem. Now I'm trying to decide where to go for lunch that won't make things worse, but my phone battery is dead so I can't use google maps or urban spoon to find something I want to eat. I might just skip lunch all together and get something from the free vending machines provided in the break room at work.
