    I think that Cogs list is utter tosh. The problem with the likes of Cogs, Digital Gurus, Major Players, et al is that I'll bet they keep salaries down in order to make their own fees to their clients less unattractive. The recruiter/headhunter market in London is hyper-competitive. I've seen direct employer hire salaries for senior digital ADs in London in the £60k to £65k range, which is much more sensible.
