Thoughts that come to mind:
- dated
- unbold the copy it's not easy on the eye
- the overall design and composition could much better reflect your strengths or feature what you do
- what's with the aliased, black stroked boxes are you trying to look old-school? It's heavy, let your work 'speak' loudest.
- the buttons at the top seem out of place
