And what's with this:
"They can also develop projects with ‘content management systems’"
Why is content management systems in quotes? This is what they're _actually_ called. It's not what just some people call them, and you cite that because you either don't believe that's what they're called, or you just haven't got a term for it yourself; they're really, really called content management systems, and you don't need to put quotes around the term, I promise you.
