Not quite, Mitsu but a really nice read all the same.
Its not an attempt for a flame war but I admit it does sound like that is the case. This is why I'm not in public speaking. *sm:)e
"It's not that you're all here today because you're stupid, there are just some things that you may be ignorant of a few things thus I'm here speaking to you today." etc.
My wife needs the PC platform so I can't sell it. Neither would I want to. Although I use Mac I would feel lost without my Windows box. Why? No clue.
I was born on a vic-20 nurtured in DOS, grew up hating Macs until I HAD to use one in class. Grew to really like 2000 for its stability. XP I like because its "new" (for whatever that may be worth)
I love 'tooling around' in a PC. Taking it apart cleaning the dust out of it (I can hear Mitsu thinking), and putting it back together.
I agree that working in FlashMX 2004 environment in Windows is MUCH faster. There's alot of shortcut keys missing in the Mac side (or I just haven't found them).
3d Studio is better on PC because well...it just doesnt seem to want to install on a mac. he he.
Maya seems more stable on PC although I like the interface on the Mac better.
I have the Macs set up set for particular roles in the project development cycle and wanted to hear everybody's input as to what role the PC should have.
Anybody else here right in the middle of the two (actually trying to find a use for Linux - twist my words not) - three OS platforms and have friends of extremists on both sides? Gets to be a damned headache, yeah?
