Both are good.
The trend is that for artistic stuff to be shown to artists, use Vimeo.
Vimeo was better for artists as I believe it used to be higher quality than YouTube, and the branding is less in-yer-face. Nowadays I think Youtube UI has improved, and the quality is indistinguishable.
I'd say go with Youtube if you want everyday internetters to view stuff, as it's what they're used to. Go with Vimeo if you prefer it, and it's going to be used by people that have seen Vimeo before.
