alright, mine came in.
it's completely awesome except one thing- there is a noticeable lag when you switch between programs. It is not there if you don't program any of the express keys. if you do program the express keys there is a 1-3 second delay while it loads the OLED's.
It works perfectly fine when it's plugged. after some research wacom considers this normal because bluetooth cannot transfer data as fast as USB.
Sadly this is completely unacceptable to me. 1-3 second delay doesn't sound like much but it makes a brand new computer feel like it's 10 years old when you are jumping from program to program
